The purpose of the dialogue is to establish a regional advisory center of the "Skolkovo" on the basis of the Office of innovation and production activities of PetrSU.

"PetrSU is quite successfully participating in various competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and federal programs together with different enterprises. It is very important that Karelia, including innovative enterprises PetrSU, be involved in the work of "Skolkovo". We are actively cooperating with the Skolkovo Institute of Technology and Innovation (Skolkovo Tech), which trains professionals and entrepreneurs who can work in the innovative space of "Skolkovo" and meet the requirements of the residents of the fund. Accordingly, our partners are ready to give us advice and to prepare our specialists to become regional consultants in the development of projects that could be adequate at competitions of the Fund "Skolkovo" said Head of the innovation and production activities of PetrSU O. Derbeneva.

The Advice Centre based at PetrSU is to be created by the end of this year, and in early 2015 it will begin work on informing and counseling potential participants of "Skolkovo": students, academics, professionals and entrepreneurs wishing to realize their research projects and innovative ideas tenders for the Foundation "Skolkovo".
