A presentation of industrial projects was held at the IT-park of Petrozavodsk State University. This idea emerged after Rustam Minnikhanov’s visit to Petrozavodsk State University in February 2015.

The IT-park of Petrozavodsk State University was established in 2005 and is unique to the North-West of Russia. Today there are more than 400 people engaged in software development, information systems in various applied areas.

The participants were shown examples of developments in the field of optimization of production processes. Among possible areas of cooperation with Tatarstan were software production management systems, mathematical modeling, solving complex optimization problems, intelligent video monitoring (pending at "KOS"). The parties decided to hold seminar for interested companies in Tatarstan, with participation of representatives of Petrozavodsk.
