On October 4, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin paid a working visit to Karelia. Dmitry Rogozin, after closely inspecting the innovative designs of PetrSU suggested that rector Anatoly Voronin should compose an information letter to the Minister of Education and Science of Russia on the developments to further their practical application. In memory of Petrozavodsk State University, Anatoly Voronin gave Dmitry Rogozin complete works of F. Dostoevsky edited by V.Zakharov, Professor of PetrSU. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation thanked the staff of the University for the gift, noting that he likes this writer.
